Free UK delivery. 

Dispatches from United Kingdom

Please contact us prior to order for orders from Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Isles and any country outside the UK. Delivery surcharges/customs fees will apply. If orders are received for these areas without prior discussion then you will need to pay the surcharge fee before the order is dispatched or cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding on this.

We carry out 95% of deliveries ourselves using our own drivers/vans. Your order will be handmade soon after ordering and you will be notified when your item is dispatched. For deliveries that have to be sent via pallet you will be notified of your estimated delivery date.

Delivery delays

We dispatch our handmade items within the time specified but please note that delays with delivery can occur due to the current COVID situation therefore unfortunately no date can be 100% guaranteed. We will do out best to help you with any delays and keep you updated with any issues. If you require your item by a certain date then please contact us before ordering.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

We can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders. 

Cancellations

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled however, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
